This is a non-competitive project. Its main goal is to develop social economy sector in the Podlaskie region. This goal is implemented through comprehensive actions to support social entrepreneurship. In particular, these actions include initiating job creation in social economy entities, creating favorable conditions for development of the social economy area, as well as the creation and functioning of social enterprises.
As part of the project, regional cooperation networks of the social economy sector were created. Support is provided to local governments, social economy entities and other institutions, including science, business, etc. in the area of social economy. The beneficiary disseminates knowledge and good practices in the field of social economy. The idea is to increase the visibility of the social economy in the region. In addition, the regional multi-annual social economy development program is coordinated under the project.
Next, the Podlaskie social economy fair was organised. The key issue is the cooperation of the Regional Center for Social Policy in Bialystok with the Social Economy Support Centers as well as the creation of regional cooperation networks.
