The project involves modernization and expansion of the machine park in the sawmill Kołodno, located in the commune of Gródek. The beneficiary bought a modern line, including a sorting plant for the sawmill round timber with a debarking node.
The implementation of the project allowed the beneficiary to meet the demand for products offered by customers. It will contribute to reducing the company's operating costs thanks to the introduced process innovation: the use of effective machines in production, enabling automation of work, reducing the production waste and electricity consumption. The company, thanks to the increase in production capacity, will expand the customer base and sales market, which will bring an increase in revenues, including export. As a result of the project, 6 new jobs were created.
