The QPRO360 company runs a luxurious guesthouse SIRVIS Apartments. It is located directly on the shores of Lake Serwy, in a magical scenery with unique atmosphere.
Thanks to the the project the company built a new facility next to the existing ones. It is a year-round tourist building with 12 beds and a conference room, which is used as a multi-functional room - dining / restaurant. There is also a spacious terrace above the room and kitchen facilities in the adjacent rooms. The accommodation part has been divided into three family apartments.The funds obtained under the project also provided additional kitchen equipment in one of the rooms, which allowed for the introduction of a wider range of catering services.
The building has been equipped with a heat pump, thanks to which heating is ecological and low-cost.
Additionally, sports and recreational equipment was also purchased. The co-financing allowed the QPRO360 company to introduce a network product called SIRVIS Sport Academy, which is implemented in partnership with other entities. They introduced a set of comprehensive tourist services.
The project was completed and open in 2018.
