The hospital in Bielsk Podlaski modernizes its infrastructure and installs modern medical equipment. The wards of the Trauma and Orthopedic Department and the Surgical Department with the Vascular Surgery Unit have undergone renovation. Thanks to the grant the hospital managed to renovate the trauma and orthopedic clinic and surgical clinic.
Co-financing from the Programme has been also used to create modern and safe Central Sterile Supply Department. This place works in a subtle way, invisible from the outside. The sterile processing is very important for the health of patients, because it reduces the risk of infections and complications after surgeries.
