The reconstruction of the historic building of the hospital has been completed. Patients will have good conditions and better access to medical services.
Three hospital wards moved to the new rooms: general psychiatric V, general psychiatric VI and neurotic disorders treatment unit. The facility provides space for 140 beds.
The works lasted nearly 2.5 years. The reconstruction of the building was carried out under the supervision of the conservator of historic monuments, because it is located in the complex of the 19th-century textile Moes factory. Its interior has changed - the corridors have been widened, and the installations have been replaced.
The departments have been equipped with the necessary medical and therapeutic equipment. There are modern rooms with individual bathrooms, as well as new beds and cupboards. Patients have at their disposal fully equipped rooms for occupational and physical therapy. The area around the hospital will also be developed.
