The project, carried out by Czarna Białostocka, included the expansion of building and development of services of the Kindergarten "Kraina Marzeń". It consisted of two parts that complemented each other.
In the investment part (Sub-measure 8.2.2), the building was expanded and rebuilt. As a result, eight new rooms were created, in which activities for children will be conducted. There was also prepared bigger space for sport and exercise. Thanks to this investment, 47 new places for pre-school education were created. The kindergarten has also been adapted to the fire regulations and the needs of people with disabilities. The kindergarten pupils can also use three playgrounds - two small with a sandy surface and one large, covered with grass.
In the second part of the project (Sub-measure 3.1.3) the working hours of the kindergarten were extended. Children can take advantage of additional activities, including those that have not yet been offered in kindergarten, e.g. corrective gymnastics, sensory integration and activities developing mathematical competences. Teachers will also be able to improve their skills, for example in the sphere of working with children with special educational needs. Thanks to the grant, the kindergarten also purchased attractive teaching aids supporting the development of children.
