The Museum in Bielsk Podlaski has undergone renovation, which increases the availability of its cultural offer. The historic building was refreshed and equipped with new devices. They will improve the comfort of tourists visitng thr town hall.
The facility was adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. They can use guides with audio description and larger screens of a multimedia presentation. The interior and facade of the building are now more modern. The roofing was renovated. As result of the project, the museum now has got new window and door woodwork, as well as electrical and sanitary installations.
Inside the building, new lighting was used. It is adapted to the exhibition needs. The museum purchased comfortable chairs, educational and conference tables, multimedia and audiovisual equipment. The museum staff can now work in a spacious warehouse in which the collections are located.
The project was carried out from October 2016 to December 2018.
