Roman Catholic parish Matki Bożej Szkaplerznej has recently undergone renovation. In 2018, the restoration of the chapel interior was completed. Earlier, conservation works outside the building took place. The parish received funding for both projects from the Regional Operational Programme.
Restoration works outside the building included renovation of the facade, repair of roof, replacement of window frames and flashings. In addition, facilities for the disabled have been taken care of. A fire alarm system has been installed, and audio guides can also be used. All this contributed to a significant improvement in the comfort of visiting the facility. The investment was worth almost PLN 664 thousand, support from the Regional Operational Programme was PLN 493 thousand.
Two years later, the interior of the chapel was also renovated. Internal plasters have been replaced. The beneficiary installed special plates that prevent the interior from mold and fungi. In addition, ventilation was installed and the window lintels were repaired. The value of this project was PLN 166 thousand, grant from Programme was PLN 141 thousand.
