It is a partnership project that assumes the development and implementation of a coherent and comprehensive system of services to support 200 families experiencing care and educational problems. It is implemented in six municipalities of the Bialystok Functional Area. These communities include Białystok, Choroszcz, Dobrzyniewo, Juchnowiec, Supraśl and Zabłudów.
The services are directed to families using social assistance or family assistantship. The project consists in awakening the activity and key competences of children and young people who are supported by day care centers or in foster care. The project also serves to improve the qualifications of employees and volunteers of family and foster care support units to provide certified services. It assumes conducting support under Mobile Points. The events of the Family Academy or Youth Creativity cycle are realized. The effect of the project will be the beginning of independence for the supported families.
The project is implemented until 2020. The partners are Caritas Archidiecezji Białostockiej, ELEOS Prawosławny Ośrodek Miłosierdzia Diecezji Białostocko-Gdańskiej, Fundacja Dialog, Polskie Stowarzyszenie Pedagogów i Animatorów KLANZA, Stowarzyszenie Pomocy Rodznie „Droga” and Federacja Białystok.
